1. About Us

YUNI is a specialty matcha retailer sourcing premium single-origin matcha from Mie and Kagoshima Prefectures in Japan. We operate as both a B2B supplier and an online shop, serving businesses and individual customers across the Philippines and beyond.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱). By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

3. Shipping

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Free shipping is available on orders of 1000g or more. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier used.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of matcha, we do not accept returns on opened products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly.

5. Product Quality

All YUNI products are certified JGAP, JMA, JAS Organic, Halal, and FSSC 22000. We are committed to delivering matcha that meets the highest standards of quality and freshness.

6. Account Responsibility

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product photography — is the property of YUNI and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
